1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

To access nb77's full range of services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• Bet confirmation: A bet or wager is not accepted until you receive an explicit confirmation from the nb77 system. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid and will not be honoured.
• Insufficient funds: nb77 will not accept bets where the user's account balance is insufficient to cover the stake. Bets placed with insufficient funds are void.

8 Prohibited Activities

9 Responsible Gaming

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Use of the account by an underage individual.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements.
• Inactive account (no login activity for 12 consecutive months or more).

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any genuine balance remaining in the account will be returned to the user via their registered payment method, following completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, nb77 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and to void any bonus-derived winnings.

12 Intellectual Property

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use nb77 for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any nb77 content without prior written permission from nb77.

14 Amendments to These Terms
